Not good. Actually to finish, or start... sitting in austin traffic and needed something to do so...will be at tx assoc realtors business meetings till next tue, lots going on...eminent domain, budget deficit, taxs, home owners assoc stuff, etc. Also have been keeping watch on ex real estate fees some at
State want to add to sellers-buyers closing costs.
