Graphical displays of local market trends are now available on TexasRealEstate.com, the consumer Web site of the Texas Association of REALTORS®. The data is currently available for the Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, El Paso, Houstin, Lubbock, San Antonio, and Tyler markets.
Users can enter their city, ZIP code, or subdivision to see reports that offer:- median sold price
- number of new listings
- average days on market
- number of closed sales
- number of properties under contract
- months of inventory
