Some thoughts...who manages the properties & keeps the books? What's the cost of all this? When, for example, a water pipe breaks in the home, who takes care of the situation and how quickly does it get resolved. Per law, most states have a certain time frame for high priority items such as this to be done. Do we want the Government to become a landlord? Anyone remember the RTC?
